Shipping and Returns

We deliver free of charge to any address in India via courier/speed post. Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

Our Standard Shipping time is up to 15 working days. If it is a remote location then extra delivery charges may apply.

Tracking: E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment. You can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.

Non Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

Proof on Delivery:
For some delivery locations and for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the goods. For any questions please mail us at: customercare@flairmen.com

International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping options. Special requests can be handled with prior confirmations. For more details please contact us on: info@flairmen.com

Exchange Policy:
We always strive to provide you with a great experience every time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your Order within 10 days, from the day of Delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.
  • Postage and charges for return of these will be borne by the customer.
  • All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to us.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequate packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • The defective/damaged item sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.
  • Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened or used products.

How do I Exchange?
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for exchange. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at customercare@flairmen.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund your amount after deducting transaction charges if any within 7 working days of receiving your request.
